"Why teach? Quite simply because early in life I determined that there were basically two things that gave me the most personal satisfaction. They were, and still are, learning and teaching.

After 25 years in the commercial photography business, I decided to close my studio and return to graduate school, where I earned my MFA at age 55.

I joined the faculty at Greenville Technical College in 1999 as Chairman of The Department of Visual Arts and photography instructor. I have NEVER looked back."
